COVID-19 AUTO-TEXT TEMPLATES - DRAGON MEDICAL ONE
The new Dragon Medical One cloud voice recognition system has a fantastic capability where you can create templates or what Dragon calls "Auto-Texts." This auto-text capability allows you to simply say a short phrase and generate a large volume of text with variables in it. Voice Recognition Australia has released new COVID 19 templates for Australian medical professionals.
There are a total of four auto-texts available. They are listed below.
Please understand that these are sample templates and you will need to modify them for your own use. So please ensure that you check and edit these templates before deployment and use. Here is a video demonstrating how to modify the templates.
You will need to add "COVID-19" to your vocabulary first - instructions
AUTO TEXT COMMANDS:
"COVID 19 NOTE"
Within this command you will see an opportunity to use these two Auto-Texts:
- "COVID 19 HISTORY"
- "COVID 19 EXAMINATION"
Then there is a second separate Auto-Text:
"COVID 19 ISOLATION ADVICE"
Please ensure that you modify these templates as they are samples only. They need to be reviewed and edited before use in a medical environment.
REQUEST COVID 19 TEMPLATES BY USING ABOVE FORM
We will load them into the DMO server automatically for you. Then you'll need to make the changes for your specific medical use.
Create an auto-text
The COVID 19 auto-text templates and any other template you create can be loaded onto your Dragon Medical One system at an organisational level.
So if you have multiple doctors within your practice/medical center/hospital then contact us today and we can load the templates for every doctor in one action.
If you create some new templates which are specifically useful to your organisation then we can also copy and upload those templates from your Dragon Medical One to that of your colleagues.
